  •  All teachers at Montgomery School of Music are paid as employees and receive W-2's for the previous working year. 

Compensation Summary:

  • W2 payroll employment provides a lower tax rate than 1099 contractor employment, simplifies your tax filings, and provides for regular contribution to your social security account.  
  • Direct deposit payroll, paid twice each month
  • Competitive wages for teaching hours and training days
